Return & Refund Policy
At Scate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in unused and original condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Items damaged due to misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at scate.help@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
